About Jenny

Jenny gained her degree and licence to practice acupuncture from The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading.  Since then she has run busy practices in Oxford and Suffolk.

Through practicing a combination of Five Element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Jenny is able to work with a wide variety of patients and conditions.  She is especially interested in the connection between our emotions and our physical health and has found acupuncture a very powerful tool to affect this dynamic.  Jenny has successfully seen patients with chronic ill health and complex conditions, such as autoimmune disease, insomnia, depression, anxiety, IBS, migraines and gynaecological issues including infertility.

Having recently become a mother she knows the value of acupuncture treatment during pregnancy and in the months after giving birth.  She is enthusiastic about treating women during this time and has a wealth of Chinese medicinal wisdom to share on the subject.

Jenny is committed to her professional development and has completed frequent courses including treating patients recovering from cancer, advanced Five Element studies, and most recently in treating children without the use of needles, using the Japanese treatment method of shonishin.

Jenny is a member of The British Acupuncture Council and is committed to running a safe and professional practice.  She practices vipassana meditation daily and has attended several silent retreats which enable her to bring presence, awareness and compassion to her acupuncture practice.

Jenny is someone who makes me feel safe and cared for. I trust her and her skills. She is an excellent listener and has a gentle, approachable manner. I feel like she sees me as a “whole person” (body, mind, emotions, spirit) and her treatments reflect this. I am delighted to have found Jenny and highly recommend her. Just go and see her- you won’t regret it!”
